It’s nearly October (yes, really!) Join our friends with Down Syndrome Indiana in downtown Indy on October 12th,2013 for the 16th annual Buddy Walk®, an event to promote the acceptance and inclusion of people with Down Syndrome.
Lace up your tennies and register (or make a donation) at the following link. Proceeds will go towards education, research and advocacy programs for those affected by DS.
Our office regularly works with families who have been affected by Down Syndrome by providing estate planning/special needs trust planning or guardianship guidance.

News/Community Involvement

Can you spot the chicken who is making a guest appearance in our logo?

Neighbors know that our law office has a serendipitous relationship with chickens. (The Chicken Limo is often nearby and we regularly use it as a landmark when providing driving directions to our office for clients).

We’ve taken it a few steps further by declaring our formal alliance with our urban farming friends at Nap Town Chickens and our office is once again supporting our community by sponsoring the 3rd annual “Tour de Coops.”

The 2013 Tour de Coops will be held Sunday, September 22nd, between 1pm and 5pm throughout our neighborhood (Broad Ripple), as well as the Meridian-Kessler, Butler-Tarkington and Rocky Ripple neighborhoods.Take a self-guided tour of local, urban chicken coops and meet the owners who love them!   There will be 12 “show coops” on display and a couple of Project Poultry schools with coops. This is a family-friendly “open-house” style event and can be explored at your leisure.

Tour de Coops is bicycle-friendly and encouraged! Pedal & Park will be providing bicycle racks for your safety. Of course, cars are also welcome on the tour.
