Three cheers for The Indiana Supreme Court, which demonstrated flexibility and innovation by issuing several orders last week, temporarily adjusting procedures to give attorneys and our clients more latitude during the coronavirus emergency.
Most importantly for our clients-Wills and other estate planning documents that require notarization may now be signed by our clients and witnesses remotely-via videoconferencing platforms such as Zoom and FaceTime.
Let us know if we can tell you more about these stay-at-home options.
We love seeing these collaborative decisions made by Indiana’s government leaders.
